工装工艺主管

Job Responsibility：

1.指导和编制工装夹具设置方案、工艺标准、手册、质量控制点等工艺管理文件。

Guide an d prepare process management documents such as tooling an d fixtures setting scheme, process standards, manuals, an d quality control points.

2.审查产品工艺设计，以技术和精度要求为基准，充分了解设备能力的真实性，保证产品生产的可靠性。

Review product process design, based on technical an d accuracy requirements, fully understand the authenticity of equipment capabilities an d ensure the reliability of product production.

3. 安排和参与标准工艺的执行，对生产现场重点零件和重点工序进行指导和服务.

Arrange an d participate in the implementation of standard processes, provide guidance an d services to key parts & processes at the production sites.

4．根据产品质量状态，新设备，新材料的引用计划，安排编制新工艺或对工艺进行复查和修订工作，发现工艺落后或产品质量稳定性差时，应负责解决车间出现的工艺技术问题。

Arrange new processes Ｏr review & revise the processes according to the reference plan on product quality status, new equipment an d new materials. Be responsible for solving the technical problems When poor process Ｏr product quality stability is found in the workshop.

5．安排工艺员按期按质完成工装夹具设计，并跟踪制造过程，协调生产、技术工作。

Arrange the technologist to complete the high-quality tooling an d fixture design on time an d track the manufacturing process, coordinate production an d technical work.

6．组织对操作工工艺纪律执行情况的检查工作，发现违反工艺纪律者，及时提出纠正措施。

Organize the inspection of the implementation of operator s process discipline, propose corrective measures in time if any violation of process discipline is found.

7.上级部门临时交代的岗位职责范围内的技术性工作。

Other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications& Requirements：

1.全日制机械制造及其自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；英语良好

Bachelor degree Ｏr above education background, majoring in machinery manufacturing an d automation Ｏr related subjects; fluent English.

2.熟悉电脑操作，精通机械制图并熟练运用CAD等二维绘图软件，会使用Solid works等三维软件来进行产品工艺设计。

Familiar with computer operation; know well mechanical drawing an d able to proficiently use 2D drawing software such as CAD; able to 3D drawing software such as Solid works for the design of product process.

3.3年以上的相关工作经验。

Years Ｏr above related work experience.

4.熟悉矿山机械产品，了解矿山机械产品生产工艺流程，熟悉产品市场及客户群体

Familiar with machining machinery; know well the production process; know well the products, market an d customer groups.

5.工作认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力；，能承受一定的工作压力

Responsible an d conscientious working attitude; good team spirit an d communication skills; able to work under pressure.

6.能坚守工作原则，保守公司秘密

Stick to work principles an d keep secrets of the company.
